    新旧动能转换下资本生态演进路径研究——基于智力资本与物质资本共生单元的仿真建模 认领

    Evolution of Capital Biology based on New & Old Kinetic Energy Conversion——A Case Study of Model-Emulating of Intellectual Capital and Material Capital as Symbiotic Units

    摘要 智力资本与物质资本出于资本保值增值目的而形成的共生关系构成了经济增长的微观基础。这一关系的演进受到资本共生能量即剩余收益分配政策的影响,同时又反作用于技术变革、产业升级、业态创新等经济新动能的培育。文章首先借鉴生物学中共生行为模式与共生组织模式矩阵,对我国制造业智力资本与物质资本共生关系进行了逻辑推理;在此基础上,通过仿真建模,获得了中国经济转型背景下不同能量分配政策对制造业资本共生关系演进的影响。研究表明,为了有效促进两类资本正向演进进而推进经济新旧动能的转换,制造业有必要紧扣两类资本的竞争规律与价值功能差异,完善资本积累机制与资本时序组合机制;引入基于自组织行为的资本共生单元遴选与匹配机制;构建以长期契约与广泛信任为导向的资本共生介质;优化以智能制造为导向的资本共生引力机制。 The symbiotic relation consisting of intellectual capital and material capital aimed at the capital appreciation is regarded as the micro-foundation of economic development.Not only is the relation influenced by the distribution police of symbiotic energy,but also it react on the economic new kinetic energy such as tech-evolution,industrial upgrading as well as creation of business formats.Referring to the matrix of symbiotic behavioral models and symbiotic organizational models,capital symbiotic relation is logically analyzed firstly;the basic evolution characters of the capital symbiotic relation are acquired by emulated models.In order to prompt the transformation of new&old economic drivers,it is advisable to adopt the following approached such as:To improve the mechanism of accumulation and sequential combination according to the competitive rules and the variance of value function;To introduce the selecting&matching mechanism of symbiotic units based on self-organizing;to foster the symbiotic medium in term of long-term indentures and confidence;To perfect the symbiotic drives oriented to intellectual manufacturing.
